Raw Material Pre-production Inspection
Our QC team will check all the raw material quality when material arrive and will do double check for each material before each production.
Production Process Inspection
Each Production line with one special QC stuff to check the quality standard when machine running.
Computer monitor to do online checking
Each main Production process, we have computer monitor to do online checking and the unqualified production will be automatically eliminated.
Finished Product test
Certain Quantity samples will be collected from our production line to do finished product test in the lab every 15 minutes.
Pre-shipment inspection
Certain Quantity product must be tested again before each shipment and inspection report will be provided according to each market and customer.
